Directions



From Western Suffolk, Nassau  and New York City
Scenic Route
(Towns, Villages, Farms and Vineyard Tasting Rooms) Take Long Island Expressway to the last exit (#73 to Orient). Exit directs you to Route 58 in Riverhead. After 4 miles, Route 58 turns into Route 25 East. Take Route 25 for approx. 15 miles to the Village of Southold. Make left turn onto Youngs Avenue. At second intersection, make a right onto Sound Ave (Truck Route 25). After approx. 4 miles, bear RIGHT (at blinking light) on Route 25 (WEST) following HOSPITAL signs (blue H) to Manor Place. LEFT on Manor Place one block, Hospital entrance on RIGHT.

Expedient Route
(Farms & Vineyards) Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 71. At end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Edwards Avenue. Take Edwards Avenue to the 3rd intersection (Sound Avenue). Make a right onto Sound Avenue and proceed east for approx. 24 miles. Bear RIGHT (at blinking light) in Greenport following HOSPITAL signs (blue H) to Manor Place. LEFT on Manor Place one block, Hospital entrance on RIGHT.  

 


From the South Fork of Eastern Long Island Scenic Route
Take Route 24 (Flanders/Hampton Bays-Riverhead Road) toward Riverhead. At the first stoplight, make a right onto Route 105 North. Take Route 105 to next stoplight and make a right onto Rt. 25 East. Follow directions above (Scenic Route) from Rt. 25.

 

Expedient Route
Take Route 24 (Flanders/Hampton Bays-Riverhead Road) toward Riverhead. At the first stoplight, make a right onto Route 105 North. Take Route 105 to the second stoplight, make a right onto Northville turnpike. At the stop sign, make a right onto Sound Ave. Follow directions above (Expedient Route) from Sound Ave.

   


  By Ferry...

North Ferry
provides service between Greenport and Shelter Island. 631 749-1200 Cross Sound Ferry provides service between Orient Point, NY and New London, CT. 631-323-2525 Port Jefferson Ferry provides service between Port Jefferson, NY and Bridgeport, CT. 631-473-0286  

 

 

 

 

By Bus... Hampton Jitney provides bus service between Greenport, Riverhead, East Hampton and Manhattan via Route 25. For schedule information, call 631-477-1200

By Train... Long Island Railroad Station at 3rd Street, Greenport provides service between Penn Station and Greenport. For schedule information, call 631-231-5477
