Flu Infection Prevention Guidelines
By ELIH @ 11:10 AM :: 1403 Views :: Fall & Winter Health, Flu

The Center for Disease Control recommends that you:

1) Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash.

2) Wash your hands often with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand cleaner, especially after you cough or sneeze.

3)  Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

4)  Avoid close contact with sick people.

If you get sick, seek medical attention, stay home from work or school and limit contact with others.
