A highly credentialed staff that includes two physical therapists, a physical therapy assistant and an athletic trainer completes the team. Before you know it, you will be making progress with a group of knowledgeable professionals that combine medical expertise with understanding and compassion. And once you are finished with your prescribed physical therapy visits, you never have to leave. Simply stay active and well by signing on to be a regular member of the fitness program.
Outpatient physical therapy has been available at the Southold location since 1997. Approximately 3,500 square feet, the facility offers several treatment modalities for all types of physical rehabilitation. When you need physical therapy for a musculoskeletal injury, pain management, post-surgical rehabilitation or any neurological or orthopedic dysfunction, ask your physician for a referral to Eastern Long Island Hospital Physical Therapy & Fitness.
